This Privacy Policy explains how Coin Identifier handles information when you use the app to identify and save coins.
1. Information we collect
Coin Identifier may process the photos you choose to capture, generated identification results, app settings, purchase and credit status, device identifiers used for credits, and basic technical data needed to operate and secure the service.
2. How photos and scan results are used
When you request an identification, the front and back coin photos are sent to our backend and to AI vision providers so the app can return coin details. Saved collection items are stored on your device unless a future feature clearly says otherwise.
3. Purchases and credits
Purchases are processed by the App Store, Google Play, and RevenueCat. We do not receive or store your full payment card details. We use purchase records and transaction identifiers to add credits and prevent duplicate redemption.
4. Local storage and preferences
The app stores preferences such as language, theme, haptics, onboarding status, rating prompt history, and saved collection data on your device using local storage.
5. Service providers
We may use service providers for AI identification, purchase management, hosting, analytics, diagnostics, and app platform services. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services.
6. Your choices
You can choose not to grant camera access, delete saved collection items in the app, change app preferences, or uninstall the app to remove locally stored app data from your device.
7. Children
Coin Identifier is not intended for children under the minimum age required by local law. Do not use the app if you are not allowed to enter into these terms in your region.

Data Security Commitment
Coin Identifier is designed around user privacy. Because your digital collection is kept entirely on-device, your coins remain your business. We never monetize or sell personal details or coin photographs.
