1. Use of the app
Coin Identifier helps you capture coin photos, request AI-assisted identification, and keep a local collection record. You are responsible for using the app lawfully and for providing photos you have the right to process.
2. Identification results
Results are generated by automated systems and may be incomplete or incorrect. They are provided for informational and educational purposes only and should not be treated as professional authentication, grading, appraisal, financial advice, or a guarantee of value.
3. Credits and purchases
A completed identification may use one credit. Paid credits are handled through the App Store or Google Play. Refunds, cancellations, and payment disputes are managed by the store where the purchase was made, subject to that store's rules.
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the app, attempt to bypass credits or security controls, upload unlawful or harmful content, disrupt the service, or reverse engineer parts of the app or backend except where allowed by law.
5. Availability
The app, backend, purchases, and AI identification services may change, pause, or become unavailable. We may update features, limits, pricing, and supported platforms over time.
6. No warranties
The app is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or financial losses arising from your use of the app or reliance on identification results.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as the app evolves. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
